Norris Leads Piastri in Brazilian Practice
The British driver has outscored Oscar Piastri at each of the past five race weekends.
The McLaren driver edged out team-mate and championship contender the Australian for the top spot in the dying seconds of practice at the Brazilian Grand Prix.
The British racer, who took the championship lead from his teammate by a single point after his victory in Mexico City a fortnight back, outpaced the Melbourne-born driver by 0.023 seconds.
Before then, Piastri had been the quickest of the McLaren pair throughout the hour before sprint qualifying set to begin at 18:30 GMT.
The Red Bull star, the sole remaining contender in the points battle, lying 36 points behind behind Norris, ended up in 17th place as his Red Bull team followed a alternative strategy.

Hamilton wrapped up in 19th, one place behind teammate Charles Leclerc.
The McLaren drivers were significantly quicker of the remaining drivers, with Nico Hulkenberg's car in third, over half a second off Piastri's best.
The Aston Martin of Fernando Alonso was in fourth, with Sauber's Gabriel Bortoleto fifth from Mercedes' George Russell and Alpine's Gasly and the Williams of Sainz.
