The surprising holiday event operates from November 25 through December 22, providing complimentary additional story content for Shadows players.

Strange Adventure Revealed

According to the official release, "An unusual confrontation pulls protagonists Naoe and Yasuke into a original adventure, where rumors of banned rituals and monstrous metamorphoses echo through the obscurity." The narrative presents a "oddly attired woman named Ada" who charges the duo with venturing into the Gemstone Grotto—a key location from Attack on Titan—to save her friend from a clandestine sect.

The questline concentrates on "bizarre tests and a fearsome foe" and is accessible to all players who have unlocked the Yasuke character.

Iconic Settings and Metamorphoses

The teaser highlights the Hidden Temple from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This important location was earlier where the Reiss royal family passed down the Founding Titan ability through eras. The preview concludes with a powerful moment showing a character, presumably the captive, transforming into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.

Exclusive Items and Additional Features

Players who accomplish the mission will obtain an exclusive katana alongside multiple items concealed throughout the area in secret chests. The update also includes premium Attack on Titan item packs, including:
